The control signal surge protector is connected in series with the front end of the protected device. 1. Look for the input/output interface identification of the lightning arrester, and input the external line and output connection equipment;
2. The grounding wire stress should be short, thick and straight to reduce the influence of distributed inductance on the discharge of lightning pulse electromagnetic pulse capability.
3. Industrial control signal lightning protection grounding should be connected to the ground through an electronic switch.
4. Connect the lightning protection device (SPD) between the line and the device port to be protected. Connect the grounding port on the SPD to the grounding grid with multiple strands of copper wire, and ensure that the grounding resistance is not more than 4 ohms.
